3 principles and a staff of many professional craftsmanship
crews and expert subcontractors. Our reputation is built on
integrity, a very personal relationship with our clients through
communication, and our attention to every detail. The homes
we build are for the enjoyment of our clients and we pride ourselves
on understanding the needs and desires of client’s visions for

President, Bill Grotheer is a native Savannahian and graduate
of The University of South Carolina, where he excelled as a
student-athlete in football. Prior to founding Grotheer Construction,
Bill gained invaluable experience in teaching and coaching for
12 years in Savannah at the high school level. Bill’s ability
to "coach" is extremely evident in his personal relationship
with each subcontractor we employ throughout the closeness of
communication in each project. His personal attachment is in
every new home environment, as he oversees the daily operations
of every project. The personal involvement of our President
on every job allows for a closeness with each client. |
| Vice-President of Operations and Finance, Brian Mims
is a graduate of The University of Georgia and has been with
Grotheer Construction for over 8 years. Brian's degree in Accounting
has given Grotheer Construction the ability to perform all bidding
and financial transactions through a financial professional.
Clients can enjoy learning from Brian exactly what to expect
on pricing a home during the pre-construction process. As well,
Brian has become extremely experienced in his ability to complete
the custom home process step-by-step. |
