Kirk Palmer - Estimator:
Kirk Palmer is our full time accredited Xactimate estimator.
Kirk is a Savannah native and has over 15 years experience in the
insurance/restoration business. Kirk is a former outside adjuster
for Allstate and Travelers Insurance. Kirk creates detailed estimates
using both scope and sketch techniques. Kirk knows how to prepare an
estimate and present it in a format that insurance adjusters are accustomed to reviewing.
This estimating procedure helps expedite claim resolution. This also provides a fair and
detailed estimate for both the adjuster and the policy holder.
Michael Host - Project Manager: Michael Host is our project manager that specializes in insurance
restoration. Michael has over 10 years of construction experience. Michael has the ability to manage crews,
budgets and schedules while being able to intelligently and respectfully explain the construction procedure
to the policy holder. Michael insures that our restoration projects are completed in a timely and professional
manner. Michael also maintains the high level of quality and cleanliness that our customer base is accustomed to
receiving.
