Established in 1987, Bill Grotheer Construction, Co. employs a diverse staff of professional craftsmen. Our reputation is built on integrity, our personal relationship with clients, and attention to every detail. The homes we build are for the enjoyment of our clients. We understand the needs and desires of our clients and their vision for their environment.

President, Bill Grotheer is a Savannah native. Bill graduated from The University of South Carolina, where he excelled as a student-athlete in football. Bill's ability is demonstrated in his personal relationship with each subcontractor we employ. His personal attachment is evident in every project, as he oversees the daily operations. Bill's personal involvement on every job creates a close working relationship with each client.

Vice-President of Operations and Finance, Brian Mims is a graduate of The University of Georgia and has been with Bill Grotheer Construction since 1995. Brian's degree in Accounting has given Bill Grotheer Construction the ability to perform estimating, budgeting, scheduling and all financial transactions through the supervision of a trained professional. Brian is a seasoned project manager as well. Having over 11 years of on-site experience, Brian has extensive construction knowledge.

Job Superintendent Billy Norwood earned a degree in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University. Billy has over 7 years experience in residential construction. Billy has a complete understanding of the construction process. Billy will make sure that each project is completed correctly and on a timely schedule. Billy's professional capabilities make our clients feel at ease and fully satisfied in their building experience.
